Protecting and growing wealth is our baseline.
Beyond a certain level of wealth, the numbers stop being what matters most. Other questions come to the surface. What will we leave behind? What was it all for? Does money serve me, or do I serve it? These questions reach far beyond investment spreadsheets and portfolio performance. We believe that behind every fortune there is a unique life story, a set of values and a purpose. Understanding them is where our work begins.
This is what keeps us grounded: we do not simply play the role of an adviser handing out advice without context or personal stake. We invest in, and live by, what we go on to recommend.
Beyond Money adds a further dimension, where protection and growth are “merely” the starting point. The real meaning of wealth is not what you can buy with it - but what you can achieve because of it.

A personal approach.
We give everyone our personal attention. That is why we work with only a limited number of partners and design solutions tailored to their circumstances.

An account in the partner's name.
The partner always holds the account in their own name and is its sole authorised signatory. The assets remain entirely in their ownership.

We believe a long-term partnership rests on trust and results. We tie our clients to no lock-up periods - the freedom to end the relationship always remains in their hands.

Why Beyond Money
came to be
After more than twenty years in the property business, I arrived at a simple conclusion: building wealth is one thing, preserving and growing it across generations is quite another. A heavy concentration in real estate, and in a company dependent on my day-to-day personal involvement, had stopped making sense for me.
The goal became genuine diversification - across currencies, jurisdictions and asset classes. For roughly two years I searched for a partner capable of taking this on without oversimplifying and without templates. Time and again I ran into the same instinct: put the client in a box first, then apply an off-the-shelf solution.
I kept hearing the same line: “We are not smarter than you, but we have the time for it.” I took them at their word. So I made the time myself. - the moment that changed everything
I founded my own family office, Beyond Money, originally purely to manage my own wealth. Only as I went deeper into the field did the world of Swiss and American private banking open up to me - understood not as a service, but as a platform. It makes it possible to invest in ways that are rarely discussed in Czech wealth management.
It is not an approach for everyone - it demands patience, a long horizon, and it carries a high entry threshold. Within the family office we work with partners not only on finances, but on the things that genuinely hold wealth together over time: health, family, children, succession, emotions and values. On the technical side, we focus above all on investment strategy, wealth transformation and family structures, including foundations.
We are not building Beyond Money as a project to be sold, nor as a temporary chapter in our careers. Together with my partner Milan Koníček, we are building it as a long-term enterprise in which we intend to grow old. We believe in relationships that last decades - in enriching one another and sharing the experiences, the joys and the difficult decisions that life brings.
Our aim is to build, step by step, a family office that stands the test of time and is able to serve not only me and my current clients, but the generations that follow.

The task for Beyond Money was, and still is, to help me approach part of my wealth in exactly the opposite way: to spread it across different locations and jurisdictions, and fully diversify it across both industries and world currencies. This part of my wealth does not require my active work involvement, other than regular (quarterly) meetings with BM, where we jointly review how it is performing and plan the next steps.
